How can I get a quote?

Does anyone have to visit my house before I can schedule a cleanup?
We will schedule a free visit to evaluate, so we can do a more complete job according to your need. We also understand that it is important to know who will work in your home before hiring.
Are cleaning materials included?
Yes it is! However, if you have any supplies that you would like for us to use, let us know.
What if I'm not satisfied with my cleanliness?
Please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remedy the situation. We have a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee.
Scheduling Questions
Can I book for the same day?
We do not guarantee same-day bookings. But depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
Do I have to be home for my cleaning?
It’s entirely up to you. If you are not at home, be sure to let us know how to access your home by placing the information in the customer dashboard.
Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I reserve?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather conditions. In scenarios where your cleaner is late, you will be contacted in short time.
When am I charged for the service?
You will not be charged until the cleanup is complete.
Are there no contract commitments?
You can cancel the service at any time without penalty. You do not need to commit to any predetermined contracts or number of commitments. However, we have a small document with some information that will be delivered when visiting your home.

What is included in a standard cleaning?
We will give you our checkist when visiting your home, but rest assured that it is one of the most complete on the market.
What services do you offer?
We offer a range of weekly cleaning services to unique cleaning for inbound and outbound cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the homepage and clicking on our services page.
How many cleaners do you send?
Only two cleaners are sent to your home. If you are on a recurring schedule, we will do our best to combine it with the same person going forward.
Are the company cleaners screened?
Absolutely. Cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check referral checks, and personal interviews. We also require significant experience in cleaning segment to work with us.
